Answer. Yes, we simply sell the "Shell" of the unit. This allows you to create any floorplan you'd like. You can easily do it yourself (our DIYer's), or you can hire a subcontractor to build you the mini SLP of your dreams. The possibilities are endless. They can be used for:
1 bedroom little apartment
Pool house for changing
Exercise room
Hot tub room
Yoga Room
Additional Outdoor Room for kids to play in (yes we have sold them for that specific purpose)
Outdoor Main Office
Office with two desks - (construction or other field)
Reading Room
Hunting cabin - (Yes we can get camo colored designs for the exterior)
Mother in Law suite
Shed
Outdoor storage
Garage area
You can combine them to make a multitude of buildings. (Note, these require a different style of build but relatively the same cost per 20 ft. unit.)

Answer. Yes, the walls, ceiling, and floors are insulated. The ceiling have a batten style of insulation while the side walls have a SIP panel with built-in closed cell foam insulation.
Answer. We are only the provider of the "shell" therefore any warranty would be through a subcontractor or otherwise. Since the modifications are so vast it is impossible to warranty just the "shell" but they have been water tested through our factory prior to shipping. You're welcome to view our models.
